I’m hosting a panel on Tuesday, May 21st with:
Caleb Stein, Christian Filardo, Daniel Arnold, Dexter Navy, Gray Sorrenti, Nick Waplington, Robert Nethery & Zora Sicher
Following the talk Arsun Sorrenti will perform a few songs
Please RSVP — HERE
The talk won’t be long. And it’ll be not boring. It’s more for you to hear about the process, see the show again or for the first time, ask a few questions. Hang. Have a drink.
Thank you to the 1000+ people that came out on May 3rd for the opening. And to the artists in the show for trusting me with their work.
A good amount of the pictures in the Hard Copy exhibition are for sale.
Email me if interested - aaron@aaronstern.us
If you can’t make it Tuesday— come by anytime
Monday - Saturday 12pm - 7pm
Hard Copy is up through the end of the month. Below is a little preview.
Takashi Homma - Thirty Six Views of Mt Fuji - 21 Foot Mural
John Divola’s “Dogs Chasing My Car in the Desert” - 72 x 108 in
Daniel Arnold 72x108in polyptych installation with 11x14in Silver Gelatin hand print.
Caleb Stein - Collaged Xerox Prints of Down By The Hudson. Sneak peak of Shaniqwa Jarvis collages to the left.
Short Video of the 20 panel, 61 foot mural Gray Sorrenti made.
Jerry Hsu - collaged Xerox Prints
Andre Wagner - I asked Dre back in early March— about a few quiet landscape pictures I’d seen on his instagram story years back. They’re better than I remember. Was so happy to get to show them.
I’ll post the rest of the exhibition after Tuesdays talk. Moving forward I think I’ll use substack for this kind of purpose. It feels like a nicer way to invite you to something.
The show looks fantastic. Whose photo is on the flyer?
